We Held “VISION SHARING 2026 -Season 2-”

Asahi Building Wall Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “AGB”) held its company-wide information-sharing session, “VISION SHARING 2026 -Season 2-”, on June 26, 2026.

“VISION SHARING” is an internal event designed to share our company’s business policies and the initiatives of each department across the entire organization and to deepen cross-departmental understanding. This time, the event was held both on the 4th floor of our headquarters and via Microsoft Teams, with executives and employees from offices nationwide participating.

At the outset, President and CEO Kondo provided a presentation—complete with specific figures—on the company’s performance for the current fiscal year, projections for the year, future measures, and the outlook for the next fiscal year and beyond. This served as an opportunity for the entire company to share an understanding of the current situation and reaffirm its commitment to persevering in its efforts moving forward.

Next, we heard reports from new employees on their manufacturing training, a presentation on the Manufacturing Center 2030 Plan, and activity reports from the Technology Division and the Project Division. Regarding the Manufacturing Center 2030, full-scale discussions are finally set to begin on this vision for a hub for production, technology, and human resource development that will shape our company’s future. Demolition work on the existing buildings is also scheduled to begin, marking the first step toward building a new manufacturing infrastructure for AGB.

In addition, the Engineering Division shared information on technical support for the project and initiatives related to technical development in facade engineering. By sharing the activities of each department company-wide, we reaffirmed the importance of leveraging the technology and expertise that AGB has cultivated across the entire organization.

At AGB, we will continue to share information across departments and locations, and we will work to build an organization where every employee understands the company’s direction and can focus on their respective duties.
