Renovating the 4th Floor of Headquarters: Enhancing Facade Engineering Quality Through Workplace Reconfiguration

AGB has completed the renovation of the 4th floor at its headquarters.

This renovation initiative aims to enhance the quality of facade engineering — which involves integrated design, review, and coordination of building exteriors — by restructuring the work environment.

To address the practical challenge of insufficient meeting rooms due to business expansion, we reimagined our spatial layout beyond mere floor additions or equipment upgrades. This redesign anticipates future workstyles and operational quality.
On the 4th floor of our headquarters, we incorporated the concept of “Transitional Zones”. These spaces avoid rigidly fixed purposes or roles, creating flexible areas where people and ideas naturally intersect.

By creating an environment where concentration and dialogue, deliberation and creativity switch appropriately, we enhance the quality of each employee’s thinking and judgment, leading to the practice of higher-quality facade engineering.
