We have launched our「Cafeteria Plan」, a flexible benefits program.

In February 2026, AGB launched a new employee benefits program: a flexible “Cafeteria Plan” .
This system allows each employee to freely select and utilize benefits from five support categories — childcare/education/eldercare, health, leisure, self-development, and life — within the points allocated to them, tailored to their individual lifestyle.

This structure enhances both the range of options and convenience when offered alongside existing employee benefits services.

AGB has been progressively enhancing employee comfort and growth support through initiatives such as uniform upgrades, office environment improvements, and the implementation of 2S3D activities.
This Cafeteria Plan is part of our ongoing efforts to create an environment that fosters focus and motivation at work by establishing flexible systems that respond to the diverse needs of our employees.
