AGB’s company-wide sharing forum has been renamed “VISION SHARING”

AGB has been sharing company-wide information and values through “joint meetings,” company-wide meetings held four times a year, where management policies are shared, financial results are reported, and employees present their work. We have now changed the name of these meetings to “VISION SHARING”.

▼A place for willful sharing toward the future
We have changed the name to “VISION SHARING” with the intention of evolving it from the clerical impression of a “joint meeting” to a place where all employees share the future that AGB is aiming for and envision it together. We would like to make this meeting not just a place for reporting, but also a starting point for moving forward together by sharing the initiatives of each department and the insights of the frontlines, thereby aligning perspectives across divisions and positions.

▼Thoughts behind the logo

In the newly created visual of VISION SHARING, we adopted a black-and-white based logo that is simple, quiet, and powerful.
The curved line on the right side of the logo is reminiscent of the letter “S” (Sharing / Spiral / Synergy) and has the following meanings:

Sharing: Connecting information, experiences, and values
Spiral: A movement that deepens and spreads knowledge and awareness.
Synergy: A place where different perspectives and viewpoints intersect to create new value.

The soft curving lines symbolize that “VISION SHARING” is not limited to one-way reporting, but is a place that fosters dialogue and empathy.

In the future, AGB plans to further clarify our engineering-based philosophy and practices internally and externally through this “VISION SHARING. Each and every employee will proactively grasp the future of facade engineering that we are aiming for and put it into practice. As a starting point, we will continue this initiative.
