We have released a video of our conversation with Junko Tsuda from『Design no Hikidashi』— A Dialogue on Printing and Expression Inspired by 『Detail Special Edition』—

Asahi Building Wall Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as AGB) has released a video featuring a conversation between Junko Tsuda, editor-in-chief of the book『Design no Hikidashi』, and art director Yoshiaki Shiotani.

This interview was conducted in connection with the 2021 publication『Detail Special Issue: Contemporary Surface Design and Technology』. The book is a special issue of an architectural journal published by Shokokusha, a publisher specializing in architecture, and AGB was involved in its production as an editorial collaborator.

In this discussion, the participants exchanged views on the nature of printing and expression from the perspectives of editing and design, using the book’s printed elements as a starting point.
