This project began as a relocation initiative aimed at strengthening recruitment efforts in the Kansai region and creating an environment where employees can thrive. It was not merely about securing space, but also served as an opportunity for introspection on the role future offices should fulfill and the qualities needed in the people who gather there.

The proposed property was highly regarded not only for its proximity to the station, but also for its impressive exterior, well-equipped common areas, and the overall presence of the building—all qualities befitting a corporate “Face” to the outside world. It was also evaluated as providing a comfortable and pride-inspiring environment for employees working there. In particular, the presence of a common lounge usable for client visits and interviews was a major deciding factor, as it expands the workspace into a welcoming space for guests.

The featured article highlights the careful listening and meticulous follow-up provided by the assigned representative throughout the process. Although our company was managing the project from a location distant from the new site, the representative maintained close coordination despite the physical distance, enabling us to smoothly handle various relocation-related adjustments.

Now that a certain period has passed since the relocation, we are beginning to see tangible results in one of our initial objectives: strengthening recruitment efforts.
