Produced the company history “History of Challenges, Intentions for the Future” to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the company’s founding.

AGB will celebrate its 30th anniversary on February 1, 2020.
In anticipation of this milestone, we have produced a 30th anniversary corporate history, “History of Challenges: Intentions for the Future,” which looks back on our history and was published on December 25, 2019.

AGB 30th Anniversary Corporate History

This book is a large volume of 141 pages in total, with the cooperation of the Annual History Center of Toppan Printing Co.

This book records in detail the evolution of AGB from a GRC (glass fiber reinforced cement) company to a façade engineering company. Divided into three chapters, “Birth,” “Diversification,” and “Establishment,” the contents look back on the history of AGB’s challenges from its founding to the present, and the technologies and corporate attitude it has developed over the years.

It also includes an interview with the first president, who discusses his thoughts at the time of establishment and his vision for the company’s growth. This book also records the times of hardship and trials that AGB faced as it expanded its business, and describes the history of AGB, which continued to “take on challenges” while overcoming difficulties. It is a valuable record of the process of how the company overcame difficult times and what decisions were made.

Although the history of AGB’s headquarters was produced for internal use and is not open to the public, AGB will continue to value the spirit of “challenge” and work to create further value in the field of facade engineering.
