We have completely renewed our work uniforms for the first time since our founding.

We have implemented a complete renewal of work uniforms and began wearing them in January 2025. The purpose of this initiative was to improve employee comfort and establish a unified brand image. Reflecting feedback from the frontline, the design and functionality of the new uniforms have been completely redesigned. Women’s uniforms were also newly developed.

▼ Background of Renewal
Due to the history of past mergers, AGB has had a mix of uniforms with different colors and old logo marks in different regions, resulting in a lack of uniformity. In addition, the previous uniforms were only standardized for men, and it was pointed out that improvements were needed in terms of functionality and durability. To resolve these issues, a “Uniform Renewal Committee” was formed in September 2024 to conduct a fundamental review of both design and functionality.

The new uniforms have evolved into specifications that combine design and functionality, reflecting the opinions of employees. The new uniforms feature a smart design that can be worn during commuting and business trips without discomfort, and are made of highly functional materials with excellent stretch, sweat-absorbent, quick-drying, and breathable properties. In addition, the product has been designed to be antistatic and conform to the JIS T8118 standard for improved safety.
The product lineup has also been completely revised to include year-round shirts, spring/summer/fall/winter blousons, cargo pants, as well as light winter wear, heavy winter wear, and safety shoes. In particular, the new lineup features specifications that meet on-site needs, such as a hood for convenience when wearing a helmet, and reflective materials for nighttime work.

Spring/Summer uniforms
Stylish design and excellent stretchability. The sweat-absorbing, quick-drying function ensures a comfortable fit.
Uniforms for fall and winter
Simple and sophisticated design based on black. Despite being slim, it stretches horizontally and vertically for ease of movement.

The light winter wear is made of a non-porous film with high water resistance and moisture permeability, while the heavy winter wear is as light as a feather and provides excellent heat retention. Both have a stowable hood.
Crash prevention and safety equipment
Black color is adopted for uniformity with uniforms, and the weight is reduced by approximately 30% compared to conventional products. A convenient carrying bag is also included. Safety shoes (made by ASICS) were also newly introduced.

With the aim of further improving the work environment, we plan to renew the air-conditioned uniforms in the spring of 2025. We will continue to develop a comfortable and safe working environment for our employees and further strengthen our corporate brand.
